Q1: Are you a factory or trading company?

A: We are a factory specializing in custom plastic injection molding parts, together with rubber parts and after-treatment of plastic parts such as painting, printing, assembly etc.

Q2: What info do you need if I want to get a quote for a custom plastic part?

A: 3D drawing in IGS/STEP/X-T format is preferred. Otherwise, as long as other formats can provide equivalent info, it would be fine too, such as CAD drawing with weight info provided, or samples sent to us for checking.

Q3: What materials can you handle?

A: We can make plastic parts in various kinds of materials such as PC/PP/ABS/Nylon/PA6/PA66/TPE/PVC/PBT/Nylon with Glass Fiber/Polycarbonate with Glass Fiber/AS/PS/PMMA etc and rubber parts in NBR/Silicone etc.

Q4: Can you advise on design feasibility for injection?

A: YES, we have an engineering team familiar with both part design and injection feasibility. We will check for potential problems like unnecessary plastic thickness that might cause sink marks before proceeding.

Q5: What is the mold life guarantee?

A: We provide a lifetime guarantee. If a mold starts to age after its expected cycle life, we will make a new mold at our expense to ensure stable production. You pay the mold cost once and we remain responsible for production.

Q6: What are your delivery terms?

A: Our terms are EXW for air shipment and FOB for sea shipment. We can also coordinate shipment to other ports or locations as needed with negotiable pricing.
