What is the product warranty period?
All equipment is guaranteed for two years. During the warranty period, product accessories that need to be replaced are provided free of charge.
How is the equipment packaged?
We use molded foam plus carton packaging for smaller items, and large products are secured in wooden frame packaging. OEM packaging is also available upon request.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Samples typically take 3 to 10 days, while mass production usually requires about 30-45 days after the payment is confirmed.
